Amplified August: It’s time to stop Playing small

As I grow into this next version of myself, as a coach, a leader, and a human,I keep bumping up against the same truth:

I’ve been holding back.

Not because I don’t have something to say.
Not because I’m unsure of my voice.
But because somewhere along the way, I learned to dim it.

To shrink.
To soften.
To smooth out the edges that made people uncomfortable.

I let perfectionism take the mic, when I should’ve grabbed it and said the damn thing.

Amplified August is my decision to stop whispering and start roaring.

To get louder. Bolder. Sharper. Maybe even a little offensive.
Because silence doesn’t create change, and I’m not here to be palatable. I’m here to be powerful.

This month is about turning the volume all the way up.
It’s about letting go of the polished version and bringing the real one to the front.
The one who speaks up about mental health.
The one who knows what it means to wrestle with perfectionism and win.
The one who doesn’t just preach empowerment, but lives it.

And I’m not doing this alone.

In August, I’ll be leading a brand new free challenge to help you drop procrastination, dismantle perfectionism, and start actually living like the bold, brilliant human you already are.

It’s not about motivation.
It’s about momentum.

Because the truth is:
You have too much magic to stay muted.
Too many dreams to stay stuck.
Too much power to stay polite.

This is your month to go big. To get seen. To take up space.
Not when you’re “ready.”
Not when it’s perfect.
But now.

Because you,as you are, right now, are worthy of being amplified.
