helping women trust money & themselves

I didn’t Plan to become a life coach And Certainly not a
money MEntor
Even while I was earning my degrees in psychology and education, I had no idea where my path would lead. I just knew I wanted to help people.
Coaching Ivy League swimmers at Dartmouth College showed me where my heart truly lived. It was never the championships. It was the quiet, honest conversations outside the lanes. I realized I wasn’t just coaching athletes. I was coaching humans.
It took time, and a few major life transitions, before I allowed myself to fully step into this work. Career changes, healing old wounds, marriage, becoming a mother in my forties… every chapter brought me closer to my purpose. I learned how to release the pressure of an expected timeline, trust my intuition, and build a life aligned with my truth.
And when I look back over the years, I can see that people were always coming to me with questions about money. How to pay off a car or a student loan. How to open an IRA. How much to invest in a 401k. How to feel secure instead of stressed.
I never labeled it as financial mentoring, but that is exactly what it was.
Now I guide people through both the emotional and practical sides of their lives. I help them break free from perfectionism, people pleasing, and self doubt. I help them trust themselves and trust their money. I help them build clarity, confidence, and real freedom.
This work is more than a career for me. It is a calling I cannot ignore.
MISSION STATEMENT
My mission is to get more money into the hands of women.
When we understand our numbers, our purpose, and our goals, the world benefits. Money solves problems, and when women have more of it, we solve more problems for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
By rewriting our stories about money and about who we believe we are, I help women build clarity and confidence with their finances. I empower them to earn it, grow it, and give it in ways that create lasting impact.
